Dixon Ticonderoga Announces Voluntary Recall of Creativity Street® Foam Pattern Rollers

Appleton, Wisconsin – Dixon Ticonderoga Company, the owner of the brand Creativity Street®, is initiating a voluntary recall of all PAC5171 Creativity Street® Foam Pattern Rollers. During internal testing of a sample of the Foam Pattern Rollers, some of the rollers were found to have lead in excess of the federal lead content ban.

 

The high lead levels are isolated to two lot codes. Dixon Ticonderoga has worked with its suppler to ensure that future production complies with lead standards. They received the Foam Pattern Rollers with the lot codes “02142080423” and “02142230523” printed on the back. Foam Pattern Rollers that are impacted by this recall were delivered and sold to customers AFTER September 26, 2023.

Consumers who purchased the Foam Rollers after September 26, 2023, should look for the Lot Code on the package. No other Lot Codes are impacted by this recall. Any consumers who purchased Foam Rollers with the matching Lot Code should discontinue use and contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-333-2545 from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST Monday through Friday or email the Compliance team at compliance@dixonusa.com for a refund.

Appleton, Wisconsin – Dixon Ticonderoga Company, the owner of the brand Creativity Street®, is initiating a voluntary recall of all PAC6121 Creativity Street® Craft Button Assortments and PAC6121-R Creativity Street® Craft Button Assortments. During internal testing of a sample of the Craft Button Assortments, some of the buttons were found to have lead in excess of the federal lead content ban.

 

This issue is an isolated case, and the Craft Button Assortments are all under a specific Lot Code. Dixon Ticonderoga Company received the Craft Button Assortments with the lot code 02129171221 on May 16, 2022. Craft Button Assortments that are impacted by this recall were delivered to and sold at our customers AFTER May 16, 2022.
